Providing the annual report and other information online is part of our policy to encourage shareholders to use electronic media to communicate and keep in touch. Online services can improve the speed and efficiency of communication and help reduce costs and our environmental impact. In switching to online publishing for 2008 we have removed 11 million pages from the production of the 2008 Annual Report.
